The firsts- Baking Class and more

Again, a post on this blog has been long overdue. I should sincerely commit myself to writing. Well, especially because I've just started making a living out of it.

It's 19.37 P.M now, will be back after dinner, folks.( I know it's early but i'm hungry)

That took me exactly 14 minutes. Back with the topic at hand-

I finally took a baking class and learned how to bake! Thanks to Ms. Marina, an avid baker and instructor put up in Indiranagar who had to put up with my endless doubts . At her residence is where the magic started! So, we made a batch of heaven and yes, it took me three hours but I learnt it.

Here, I'm going to put up some of the pictures of my very first bakework ( As you will be seeing a lot of it later)

Bottom Line: The class went great!Everything was picture perfect, until I started doing my own bakework.

It started off with a plain vanilla cupcake with an oreo buttercream icing.
Sadly, by the looks of it- Very Unappetizing.But, it tasted good!

In the weekend that followed after my first attempt, I made chocolate cupcakes with butter cream icing that was left over from the previous weekend. ( I know, I'm lazy) But, it doesn't look so bad now, does it?

I took advantage of the piping bag and made it do things against it's will. Bahaha!

Then, my most recent bakework- Lemon cupcake with lemon cream icing

I had no time to take pretty pictures of these because I was busy chomping on them.
My family loved these.
